For a super party evening with lots of fun and audience participation there’s no better theme night than a German Bierkeller Night. All you need is a few travel posters of Bavaria, long tables and benches, but most of all  you need the”Kellermeister Oompah Band”  the leading band of its type in the UK made up of top rated musicians. Available for fetes, theme evenings and beer festivals etc. All enquiries to Steve Roxton via the contact page on this site.  The band is available from 2-5 players to suit your budget, and also Steve does a solo Bierkeller act using an electronic/accoustic accordion which gives a full orchestral sound. The band is located in the north of England but welcomes enquiries from throughout the UK. Our sets have traditional Munich bierkeller favourites with German vocals, toasts, fun and competitions, and for our English speaking audiences, sing-along medleys in 3/4 for total audience participation,building to a “Land of Hope and Glory” finish. However after winding up our audiences to fever pitch, we have some classic encores up our sleeves.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a live band, and DO NOT use backing tapes.

The evening took off with a bang right from the start. The band was brilliant, thoroughly entertaining and very professional. • The Kellermeister Oompah Band were in attendance at the recent RAF Valley 2016 Octoberfest function. Due to unforseen circumstances the event was brought forward a day. Steve and the lads kindly changed their plans at short notice so as not to let us down. On the evening around a hundred people attended. The beer flowed and the music played. • I booked Steve for our Octoberfest function. What can I say other than what a vey nice friendly, punctual professional artist. I was hesitant about booking online someone whom I didn’t know or hadn’t had recommended but Steve was very helpful from my first email enquiry replying straight away and communications right up to the event were fantastic. After travelling down to Grantham from Middlesbrough for my function on the 27th Sept 16 and arriving in good time before he was due to perform, he wooed the crowd, and had them up dancing and singing for most of the evening. • Of all the bands we book the Kellermeister Oompah Band just take the place by storm with their fast moving lively sets.
